What if my plants arrive damaged?

We take special care to ensure plants are well packaged for transit, and strictly sent out on Mondays only. In the rare event that your plant(s) arrive in poor condition, please reach out to thegrandleaf@hotmail.com within 12 hours of delivery (with photos) and we may be able to replace or refund it for you.

When will I get my order?

We work quickly to ship your order on the nearest Monday to avoid delay in delivery. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Do you ship to my country?

At the moment, we only ship live plants within Canada.

Other plant products and accessories can be shipped worldwide.

Do you offer local pickup?

If you live near Kitchener (Ontario), please reach out to us directly so we can arrange a day & time for pickup!

Packaging: What's Plastic-Free (and What Isn't Yet)

Every Grand Leaf order ships as close to plastic-free as we can manage — wool roving for cushioning, compostable kraft paper, sustainably harvested sphagnum moss, and a seed-paper business card that grows into native Ontario wildflowers.

We currently have one seasonal exception, and we'd rather be upfront about it:

Heat packs. During colder months, we include a heat pack to protect your plant from temperature swings in transit. These aren't recyclable and need to be thrown out — never opened, punctured, or added to compost or recycling. We're actively working toward a fully plastic-free heat pack.

This exception is one we're not comfortable calling permanent. As better options become available, we'll update this page!
